Shipment

Orders are dispatched within two working days of receiving the payment. The parcel to the European Union usually takes 7-9 business days to arrive, and up to 15 days for non-European Countries. If this time runs out and you have not received the packet, please let us know via email: info@hashmi.com. We will contact the carrier in order to solve the problem.

All our shipments are "sign for" deliveries and will reach to your local post office. Customer has usually 15 calendar days to pick up their package, otherwise it will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, if customer claims for a reshipment, they will need to pay for the delivery cost again, or if they claim for a refund, double shipment cost will be reduced from the total amount to pay back (no matter if the "free delivery" voucher was used).

If your packet arrives in a bad condition and it has been proved, the goods will be replaced with no extra charge.For international shipments outside India, it is your responsibility to know the customs laws of destination countries, as shipments when reaching destination customs could lead to tariff taxes or even a ban on import of food supplements. Our company will be in no case responsible for such tariff fees or import prohibition.

Returns

Following our return policy, if the customer wishes to return any product in their order, they can do so provided that the product has not been opened and retains its original packing. In order to return an item, the customer must first contact us by email at: info@hashmi.com within 15 calendar days of having received the order, indicating the products to be returned. The customer has a maximum of 7 working days from the official notification to return the products (the customer will pay the shipping costs).

Once the products arrive at our warehouse, the customer will receive a voucher for the same value of the returned products, to be redeemed in our online store.If the customer exceeds the maximum period for the return, they will not be entitled to claim any voucher. If the initial order arrives broken or never arrives and is confirmed by the carrier, the customer may request that the order is resent, or a voucher for the total paid amount.

Responsibility

Our company is responsible for the information about products sold on this website, unless intrusion by a third party can modify the contents of it. Information about the rest of products are provided by their manufacturers, so our company is in no way accountable to them. Our company products are herbal supplements and should be considered as such and never as drugs. Similarly, Our company does not respond to the effects that may cause a misuse thereof or an excess of the recommended use indicated by the manufacturer for each product.

Minors have no right to purchase, so our company is not responsible for orders shipped to minors if they have falsified their date of birth to create their account on our website. Our company is not liable for failure to deliver the order due to lack of product availability, acts of God, strikes, whether of the company or promoted by workers in the postal service and transport and / or communications. Our company is not responsible for the facts reported above, for the indirect damages and operating or profit or opportunity losses.

Delete your customer account

If you wish to delete your customer account, please send us an email with your application of cancellation at info@hashmi.com. Your personal information will be deleted from our database.
