    3. Cost Concerns: There’s a common misconception that heart health tests are expensive. However, basic tests such as blood pressure monitoring, cholesterol level checks, and diabetes screening are affordable and can provide significant insights into one’s heart health.
    4. Fear of Expensive Treatments: Many avoid testing, thinking that treatment for heart diseases is costly and requires expensive medications. On the contrary, if heart problems are detected early, they can often be managed through lifestyle changes like diet and exercise.

Simple and cost-effective tests can provide valuable insights into blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels, which are critical indicators of heart health. Regular monitoring is the best way to detect potential problems before they become serious issues.
